The USER acknowledges and agrees that Avalon Capital is the sole and exclusive owner of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Site and the Platform, including, without limitation, its domain names, trademarks, software related to the Site and the Platform, databases, content, design, features, and other intellectual property rights protected by applicable laws. The trade name Avalon Capital, the Avalon Capital trademark, and the products and services associated with that trademark are exclusively owned by Avalon Capital, and unauthorized use is subject to legal consequences.

The USER's acceptance of these Terms of Adhesion does not imply the assignment or transfer to the USER of any copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights, including those related to the Site, the Application, and the Platform or any part of its content or features.

The USER agrees that they may access and use the Site, the Application, and the Platform only for the purpose and within the strict limits allowed in these Terms of Adhesion. The USER acknowledges and agrees that they are prohibited from modifying or attempting to modify any functionality of the Site and the Platform, producing any derivatives of the Site, the Application, and the Platform, or accessing any part of the Site, the Application, and the Platform to create a competing product or service or any product or service that contains information, features, or functions similar to those of the Site and the Platform.

The USER commits not to decompile, convert, decode, reverse engineer the Site, the Application, the Platform, the databases, and/or other intellectual property rights owned by Avalon Capital or third parties that may be accessed by the USER through Avalon Capital. The use of any device, software, or other resource that may interfere with the activities and operations of the Site, the Application, and the Platform or that aims to gain unauthorized access to the information or databases of the Site, the Application, and the Platform is also not allowed.

Any activity that violates or contradicts current intellectual property laws, other applicable regulations, or the conditions stipulated in these Terms of Adhesion will subject the USER to relevant legal consequences, including, without limitation, compensation for any losses and damages caused to Avalon Capital and/or third parties, or criminal sanctions.

These Terms of Adhesion, the Site, the Application, and the Platform may display links to other websites on the internet, which does not imply that these sites are owned by or operated by Avalon Capital. Avalon Capital has no control or influence over the content of third-party sites accessed through links in these Terms of Adhesion, the Site, the Application, or the Platform and, therefore, disclaims all responsibility for the content, practices, products, and services offered on these other sites.

Avalon Capital has no relationship and/or partnership with companies that offer messaging services via WhatsApp, sell products or services on peer-to-peer platforms, engage in mining or donation for multi-level marketing.

All partnerships of Avalon Capital are duly communicated on the Site and the Platform, in emails, on the blog, and/or on the official social media channels of Avalon Capital. The USER is responsible for verifying the legitimacy of companies before engaging in any Transaction, accessing any email, or other type of message linked to Avalon Capital, committing to contact Avalon Capital if they identify any suspicious association of a company with Avalon Capital or feel uncertain or insecure about whether it is an official communication from Avalon Capital and services directly related to it.
